This site is a fully developed, turnkey website and ebook package that is set up ready to be promoted. The website is fairly new and just got accepted into the Clickbank marketplace in May.

The new owner could drop in their ClickBank Name, open a Aweber.com auto-responder account and start promoting straight away. (Clickbank will guide both me and the new owner to swap accounts, the process is pretty simple, I will contact their support once the sale is completed)

You've surely seen me around the Clickbank forums a lot I've been an affiliate for almost 2 years now and thought I'd jump into the Vendor scene for a while ..

I've mentioned in the listing that the website is fairly new hence hasn't generated much revenue till date.

There's been two sales generated since the product went live in Clickbank.

The asking price (minimum bid) is roughly the amount of money that I've spent to develop this website from scratch. (my work till date might not even pay off)

The majority of traffic till date is from the webmaster forums that I've announced the launch on, article directories (I've submitted roughly 100 articles already that have generated some traffic), web. 2.0 communities and the rest of the traffic is generated by the affiliates that have joined.

You are asking way too much for that site. To top it off the site has no revenue, pr and pretty much no traffic. What makes this site worth 5,000?

Quite a good question

This is not your average site mate, this is a unique Clickbank product, that's already generating a nice passive income.

I'm actually asking for $6000 not $5000, and that is the starting BID.

When it comes down to product creation, it's quite expensive these days. Imagine that the sales page alone costs ($2000) let alone the ebook graphics ($3500+) the coding and everything else that has been all outsourced.

The sales page 2000$ ? If you talk about the site alone, you know that is not true. Everyone can make that simple design in less than half an hour for 50$ or something like that, the design is really simple and even a newbie in html can do it.

If you paid that much, you got ripped off.
