According to me, it's not a good design, colour combination is poor, font style is not a good. I think you can make much better.
I don't like the font you've used at all and the shadow on the heading text makes the page look blurred. I get that you were probably trying to have a distinctive look and feel but I'm not sure this was the right way. What were you trying to achieve with the tags? So close to being hidden text that I'd be very concerned about search engine penalties. Lowers your credibility with humans too.
