    1) "FreebieClub.co.nr strives to offer" ... There's a number of other mistakes that I noticed - run this page through Word, OpenOffice, or the like.

    2) I'd put a link to the contact us page directly in your first paragraph - "please let us know."

    3) root/new-freebies.htm shows me "Due to server maintenance this page is temporarily unavailable. Please check after few hours.", but there is still a next page link. If I click on that, I see the same text (although bold - check your styles).

If the server is down, a) give us a time it went down a time it will go back up, and b) don't have a next/previous link.

    4) Having that sized Ad is annoying, especially when it's on the top of every page. How about trimming it down to half that size, and then put the other 'half' at the end of the list?

EDIT: Nevermind, you've already got your max ads per page ... However, I still don't like the placement of that top ad - it makes me believe your site is a SES (search-engine-stealer).

    5) What's up with the shopping cart image in the top right? Get rid of it if it doesn't do anything.

Since someone else brought it up, I'd have to agree. That first paragraph of introductory text just doesn't flow with .co.nr ...

However, I'm not sure that that can be helped at this point.
