    You have to use www for checking the PR. Anyway how are you checking it?

    Yes it was an expired domain, its solid PR6, you can check however you wish.
    With 547 backlinks on google, i think its a very good deal if you know what you could really do with this.

    I need money so i am selling it so cheap, this is a powerful domain and could be sold at much higher price if auctioned.

    backlinkwatch.com which actually validates backlinks shows there are only 54 valid backlinks. The rest of the backlinks are old and will be removed soon because the links to your site have been removed.

    Ok but its PR6 still, even 54 links is good enough for a $100 domain. ;)

    I would buy it if it is real pr6. Does anyone know when pr update will be finished, because I want to buy pr6 which will not drop this update. Thank you.

    its not a real PR6. go to google and type link:www.finnchamber.com and you will not see your domain name in any of these sites. which means it is not valid PR.

    Well this was a deleted domain, so obviously some links might have been deleted as stated in my earlier mesg. But the thing is after all that, this is still PR6. A real PR6 if this is not the case then it should have lost its pr in this current pr update, it held its PR so it is PR6. You can check it from any PR checking tool you want.:)
