www.examplesite.com PR5 vs examplesite.com PR0... Why?

    The site in question is journal-ccps. com vs www. journal-ccps. com
    The first has a PR0 and the latter has a PR5. Any body know why? Thanks very much.

    I couldn't understand why..

    May be that the links were built on with www . domain name thats I think..

    Or there is any redirection method..

    The same reason any sub domain you create will have no toolbar PR (as soon as it has been created).
    "www" is a sub domain, ;)
