i'm curious if anyone knows if the owner of DSLReports.com hangs out here at DP or any other webmaster forums and if anyone has any idea of the kind of Adsense earnings that the site generates ..
Stop guessing and head over to Compete.com, then run a report for DSLReports.com. It is staggering 652,154 uniques a month which probably translates to something like 3,000,000 real uniques because no third-party stats are complete by design and compete.com's stats were very much off on my own sites. In comparison, Wikipedia hangs around 50,000,000 uniques per month, so dslreports has room to grow
All I see is one adsense block, the horizontal banner image. I doubt his eCPM would be high, but with lots of traffic his income could be good.
Well, check alexa as well. Both stats sites work wonders. Do the math, they could be staggering around 5 mill - 10 million pageviews a month.
My NarutoWallpaper got 15,000 uniques on Christmas day, 150,000 page views. The daily Alexa rank was 15,000. DELReports' Alexa rank is 2500, so their daily uniques is about 50,000. At 50,000 uniques per day that's 1.5 million uniques per month, at 5 page views per visitor that's 7.5 million page views, at $1 eCPM that's $7500 per month.
