Obviously the site is about the Sony Portable Console ( PSP ). I used the pages of this site as landing pages for my AdWords, Adcenter and YSM ads.

If you go to the index page you won't see any other pages, but it has 11 pages indexed by Google ( check out http://www.google.com/search?q=site:-http://www.download-psp-movies.com/&hl=it&start=0&sa=N ) .

Among these 11 pages indexed, there are 5 pages that are keywords-targeted and has been made to maximize the conversions caming from PPC traffic. An example:

The results? All my PPC campaigns promoting this website were having a ROI between 258% to 431%.

Why I want to sell it: starting from Jan 09, I decided to gradually stop promoting cb products and start with CPA programs. Since then, my adwords campaigns promoting that website were paused and never resumed.

Why you should buy: if you have been using PPC programs you know that getting the landing pages done correctly isn't an easy - and especially fast - thing to do. Once you have the landing pages keyword-targeted, is done the hard thing, you just need to create a decent campaign to make a good profit.

Why you should NOT buy: if you don't know PPC at all honestly, I don't think this is what you are looking for. This website is born for making profit with PPC and it fully achieved its aim. If you don't know PPC, is like having a Ferrari without the driver-licence.

The only way you could utilize this site is creating some links to it. All its pages will gain a good organic ranking on google because the are keywords-targeted or better keyword-optimized.

Considering the amount of work done on that website the price is very low: $100. The reason of this low-price is because, since I decided to work with CPA programs, I'm not having the time to manage the PPC campaigns and I must paused them. So this website is just a ( little ) cost for keeping its hosting and domain.

You know that changing that testimonial from "when I sow your page I was able to get access to the problem" to " when I sow your page I was the 78th visitors, so I could have access to the program " increased the total number of monthly sales by 3 or 5 (about one sale every week).

As far as the monthly profit as concerned, I was making more or less 7 - 9 sales every week, which means about 35 sales \ month. About the 85% of all visitors who bought this product selected the "2 years membership", which costs $32.88. I earned the 75% of this, so $24.75.

So the campaign generated me $860 - $900 every month, with a total of $330 - $370 spent on AdWords cost (every month). The conversion rate I was experimenting was 1 conversion every 60 - 65 visitors. The medium CPC was about $0.18 .
