www.domain.com/blog or blog.domain.com ? Does Adsense makes a difference?

Hey guys, just wanted to check if Adsense makes a difference with domains & subdomains like www.domain.com/blog or blog.domain.com ?

What personally you think is better?

Would Adsense or google prefer subdomains or not? would it have any influence in search or ad relevant results?

 

not sure,
but i think there will not be any difference b/w both for adsense

 

Would like to know before I start installling everything....

 

there is no difference for adsense but it will effect your seo.

subdmains are completely new domains for the search engines
