Looks pretty nice, but the green just doesn't fit your directory. Try changing the title to white and make your content areas light blue or white. I guess it will look much better! Good luck!
Sorry don't mean to sound rude but it looks like someone threw up on it. I do not like the design at all. Could use a nicer header and different colors. JMO
Nice site 2 things I would say. 1. The text for the headder/logo could be better. 2. The red txt links I would have them the same colour as the brown of the headder. Apart from that really nice site.
I dig the header, but the red colored links makes the directory seem weird. Personally, I would go with a different lighter color for the links under "directories listed".
The header looks kinda messy as it is, perhaps tone the 'messiness' down a bit. A lighter shade of green could be used for the category listings. I do like the rounded corner of the boxes, makes it look quite different than the usual directories I see everywhere.
My thoughts: -The header looks good with the exception of the text. You need something more professional here to tie it all together. -I don't necessarily like the color scheme but I don't see why it couldn't work. -Time to add content
Honest feedback... the header looks like it was made in Paint. The green I think fits, but not well with the black border surrounding all elements of your site. Also, the link color in the green areas I would change from the brownish to maybe a blue or different green. Theres just many colors used that doesnt fit well, it doesn't create a smooth theme for your directory (suc as the red link on hover in the nav bar). Try checking out http://www.colorschemer.com/online.html this site, it will give you suggestions to use based on a base color you pick. Other than that, the design structure seems pretty good.

I don't think layout is that good, but if you wish to keep it just add more content and have a place for ads if you want to earn $.
