WWW.co.TV : wHAT iS tHIS??????????????

    When I searched for free short domain names, I found a site www.co.tv

    But there is no online registration for that.

    They just ask for your desired domain name & e-mail and there's message

    "This domain will be yours, very soon ...

    Thanks. We will send you an email when www.xxxx.co.tv is available."

    Is this a spam web site, just to collect e-mail addresses? :confused:

    Anyone have an idea abt it?? :rolleyes:

    Pls comment.

    Not sure about this, but been post by someone at digitalpoint, and i think it a site that collect email address because "no matter what domain you enter" it appear "This domain will be yours, very soon ..."
    so better dont trust first

    My opinion aswell, have you tried other free domain providers like tk and co.nr?

    co.nr is not bad.

    .tk is terrible. when you get enough traffic to your name they will sell that name to someone who will use is for domain advertising.

    co.nr is only a redirection, not a domain name or even a subdomain

    co.cc is pretty simple and straightforward..

    id recommend you go for co.cc for free domain names.

    i bought a domain there too.. i like .co.something for my site.

    I don't recommend co.cc domain cause after a year they want charge min. $3 for each domain.
