It's not a very bad domain name as you can possibly find a fool who will buy it for high-$xx or even low-$xxx thinking that it's their gateway to starting profiting from the high CPC amounts of the insurance industry, but in reality it's pretty worthless I'm afraid. Sure, the term "Chemist Insurance" has virtually no competition and you would rank #1 in no time - but it doesn't have any search volume either (46 searches per month for "Phrase" and 16 searches per month "Exact").
