Well i tried to create a VCC at www-card.com The system let me through it and i got a window which told me that my VCC is sucessfully created.. but when i tried to use it i wasent able to use it.. Then i contacted the customer support.. this is what i got.. This is ridiculous i used my own credit card to fund that VCC card. Can anyone suggest me another provider... where i can create vcc using my credit card...
