Hey guys..new member here...I love this forum already . Ok so a few days ago I acquired www.blogzsphere.com** with the intention of building traffic and flipping it. It's parked right now. I was very surprised that the domain was even available as a .com given it's similarity to "Blogosphere" and that 'blog' is a very searched for keyword, though I am by no means an expert on what makes the internet tick. Since then I have gotten an offer for the domain as-is (it's a baby domain, unaged) and am wondering if you guys think I should take this lower offer ($200-$500..what sedo.com says I can sell it for, though this is just the free appraisal, not the pro one) or build traffic and hold out for a better offer? I'm also torn on developing the site myself as a blog search site and just keeping the brand and any adsense/widget bucks revenue myself, though this is a bit over my head to be honest. I don't know where to acquire a crawler or search API for a decent price. I know my way around DreamWeaver but IDK...what do you guys think? Thanks in advance guys. **This is not an advertisement for a domain for sale nor a request for views of my parked domain and please do not take it as such.
If it is a legit offer, not a domain appraisal scam where they try to get you to buy an appraisal, anything over $10 would be something that I would sell for. The "z" in it totally kills the name but if it was "Blogosphere.com", then it'd be worth quite a bit. FYI, I do own Blogosphere(.)info
