Hows it going everyone?

I am just about done developing my www.bizlinked.com website. I have $550 to spend on ads when it is complete. Anyone got some tips to making this successful? Also, can someone help me find some good keywords... So far I have "Link Exchange" and "Add Your Link". Like I said, I only have $550 to spend on ads, and I am looking to at least get that money back. Also what is a normal conversion rate for this kind of thing? I expected it to be about 10%, but I am hoping it turns out to be more.

$550 is a nice budget and if in the end you make money with it you can invest more - don't think that will be easy to burn this amount in adwords very fast - also is good to run slow as you learn day by day.

regarding keyword: go to the keytool and enter the "Link Exchange" there - it will give a lot of other amazing ideas for you. about "Add your link" I think that you'll get 1 click per month with it.

I think that you will get a beggining of 10% conversion very easyly as your conversion do not need the user to pick his credit card - put the conversion code on your page after the "Submit page" and wait for the results.

After you are familiar with your conversion rate, you can try changes on your page to check if the conversion rate increases like:

- Put the submit_site.php code on the front page (imagine how bad would be google.com with just a button with the text "click here to go to the search page" and after it you could enter the serch terms).
- put a more brief description/explanation about your page (nobody reads all that text).

Do A LOT of research on your keywords. There are thousands of words/phrases out there that you can still pick up for a decent price. Check out the attached for some variations of "add your link"

Thanks for the keyowrds, but my links are not trageted. I was lookign for keywords more along the lines of "link exchange" I think I am going to run it $115 for the first week, and see what happens... If it comes back in profits, then I am dumping $1,000 into the site in ads.

IF everything goes as planned, I hopefully will be pullign in $8,000 a month in 3 months... after the lauch + we get the affiliate program up. I can not Wait!

The keywords I gave you are a wordtracker list of variations off of "add your link". Did I misunderstand something
