Your clearly new to selling a site. No one buys a site without Google Analytics, since no one can trust what someone said with 41 posts. Anyone can make 41 posts in an hour and list a site for $575 and say they have 30,000 uniques. Your traffic is mostly Indian which brings the value down huge! What is the primary language on this site?

 

i mentioned previously this site includes sub domains too. the google analytics for this domain, i am not sure whether it counts the visits made by subscribers, users or the authors who post articles. i said it earlier that this website does not make money on adsense. it makes money through affiliate commissions. i earn affiiliate commisions through my trusted customers (over 500 users included from other sub domains). i mail them once in two three days about my product and make a sale through mass mail plugin in wordpress. i charge $575 because of my hard work to set up 90 plugins and so many sub domains, setting appearances, posting widgets, and banners. if you want to buy it, place your own bid. i will think about it.


and about the language, if you had gone through the website, you would have known that the site is purely english
