Hi. I have a site which was using Non-www domain as a prefered domain.

    1. If i change the prefered domain to WWW by following the guidelines such as 301 redirection and selecting prefered domain from Google Webmaster, Would it hurt my seo ?
    2. Should i select GeoTargeting country , Crawling rate and submit the sitemap for both www and Non-www domains or just for the domain that i will use as a prefered (www ) domain ?
    Sorry for poor english.

I would likely keep the url structure. Whether you have www or not is simply a personal choice. That said, changing it is fine if done correctly with htaccess and webmaster tools. You may notice a bit of a hickup but nothing to worry about really.

    Hope that helps,

And what about the link juice ? I have too many deep backlinks to non-www.
Would they pass to www with 301 redirection or ?

Yes, basically everything will roll over to the new version. That said, if you have a ton of inbounds it is still a better idea to keep them the same but the answer to your question is yes essentially.

www.site.com and site.com are also considered to be 2 different web urls (domains) i think.
