$2,850 offered, but needs to be a touch higher before I start considering an offer around that area.

I remember when this was sold last year. Very nice forum, there just doesn't seem to be any real easy/good way to generate a good income with this type of site. It would be great for a real enthusiast. I would love to have it but $5K is a bit high for my taste.

Looks like you have an issue with the header background repeating.

Also in your gallery, the header image is broken. Fix that by going into the style properties within VB and adding the full path to the image including the domain.

    Good luck with the sale!

Probably for fraudelent clicks. Promoting clicks on advertisements. That's mostly the only reason they get shut down.

Hard to get a proper reason from Google but I think it was due to the way the ads were being displayed together with the a comment on the homepage about clicking my ad, but in this case "my ad" referred to the ad for my host rather than the google ads.

I have some interest, but not using escrow is crazy. How is it you don't trust Escrow.com? Paypal shifts a great deal of risk to the buyer.

I have been stung by escrow.com in the past with them releasing funds before things like domains get transferred. Depends on where you are but in the UK Paypal is is regulated by the FSA which gives a lot of peace of mind, they cant mess you about like they used to.

If your interested then pm me or something, I am willing to come to an arrangement that can involve escrow.com

Odd, I have never had a problem with Escrow.Com. It is time consuming, but is the safest and most inexpensive thing going for both buyer and seller.

I'm the one with the 3k bid. Will only except Escrow as the method of payment. Had a bad experience with a fish site about two weeks ago because of not using Escrow.

The one who is buying this site should contact Adsense support first in case he was planing to put Adsense on the site and should inform them that the ownership is now changed.

BTW, 3000$ is a great sell wisenerl
