Maybe somebody should make a website where people can report Wupload issues in a nice database. Red, orange and green coloured for different parts of the site that are functioning (or not), such as RU, WU, FTP, Servers such as u12. That way there'll be a centralised system that gives a more accurate reading of the site in real time. I can't be bothered, but somebody else might have the time.

 

That's cool . I'm not bitching or saying they're not doing anything to fix the problem but I wish they kept us updated a bit more often.

Sure i'm a reasonable guy and I understand that it takes time but fix some issue but 4 days is too much. If we can't upload at all ( ftp, web upload and RU isn't working for most of us) then we get no sales and more people will stop using wupload regardless of what we (premium users/uploaders) say here.

I really hope they can give us good new soon.

 

today its imposiby to upload any files to w upload this reason I will upload filepost and I guess I will stay them wupload just not good host they ftp server suck and they not upgrade it I dont want to wait from thiere worse servicies this is not accpetable

just let you know why you lose one uploader to filepost willy if you cant upgrade yourself you always lose this marked no one is wait you tillfix problems

maybe I told verry hard but it was nesserly 4mb/s from willy ftp server 70mb/s from filepost server you compear which host is more quality

Filepost ftp offers 70mb/s speed? If its true wupload & filehost's please implement appropriate API to remote upload files from filepost so user's can first upload fast to filepost server's and remote upload from there to other filehost's quickly.

 

I tried it problem is from wupload and filesonic bandwith is not enough for both when everyone try to upload speed goes to down down and down

 

I too tried remote uploading from filepost to filesonic, wupload and other hosts but its not working. Not because of IP blocking but some API error.

 

You are right,but nobody talk about money making.
Wupload is a good service,the only problem is the quality of the service.In the last 3 weeks,downloaders are complaining about dead servers etc.I also tried some links,and half of the downloads are freeze on the half way.Downloaders are facing with the same problem day by day,and after some time,they just ignoring wupload.

 

whenever willy is in weekend wupload upload servers gets fucked up ..

 

These files are on an upload server waiting to be transferred to a download server. With some patience, they will go through!

I'm very sorry that the issues persisted throughout the weekend. Our techs have been working as hard as they can on these issues around the clock so all affiliates can upload and get their files shared in a timely fashion.

i recently started a site and i have good organic traffic but since almost half of my links give me an error "Server in Maintenance" i lose a lot of visitors. I'm not complaining because have PPS plan but... bugs should be solved as soon as possible because the smaller filehosts are overtaking Wupload and customers are avoiding to buy premium from a buggy filehost.

Willy, beat the c**p out of your tech team to work harder to solve these bugs!

That's a lovely story but the reason I have stayed with wupload is because I am premium with them. If I wasn't, I would have moved away a long time ago and never looked back. I've paid up til May 2012. What am I supposed to do? Just say "here, just take my money Willy" for an unusable service?

I just spent the week-end in hospital. The doctors fixed me up nicely (morphine... mmmmmmmmm lol) and I'm back home now and wupload is still throwing hissy fits I see.

I initially went premium for the fast download speeds. On a good day I get 100kb/s (on a bad day it goes right down to 0kb/s and stops) - that's less than what you get with free services. Can someone tell me why I should be paying for a service that doesn't work? For weeks(!) all I've been hearing in response is that they're working on it... all the while I've been paying.

Fact is, I'd expect a better service if even if we were using Wupload Beta 1.0 and it was free.

 

And here we are again. RU worked fine this morning, now the "Unknow Error" (Will this typo be ever fixed?) is in da house again.

FTP : Couldn't establish connection with the server ftp.wupload.com:21.

Very frustated.. is been 4days already ! can't up anything, and the earnings keep down... : (
