Umm, I just uploaded 9 files via FTP but none of them are showing in my files?

 

You're right, but that does not mean what I wrote is not true

 

uploaded files are disappearing and appearing in my files, stats frozen again, is becoming increasingly difficult to use wupload

 

Something is definitely not working. 30 minutes ago I looked and I had 22 downloads for today(11/5). Now I refreshed the page and it shows 0/0. Not cool, whatever bug they have , is not cool...

 

Files coming in and out of existence. First FSC yesterday and still not working today. Now WU. I'm so frustrated. Assuming it actually gets fixed sometime tonight I'm still gonna have to spend the entire weekend playing catchup with a huge backlog of uploads.

 

FTP still not working.


EDIT: FTP kind of working ie files are appearing then disappearing then appearing... etc.

did we lose downloads again? just wondering my stats are low.

 

Yea,you we will lose downloads again.The downloaders are started to ignore wupload and filesonic links,coz the download is impossible from wupload and filesonic since 3 days.This is why our earnings decreased to half of the average.
Every second link is dead,or the download stuck.This problem makes the downloaders flustrated,and thay just ignor wupload links. :/

 

my bad 3 days = 4.09$ earnings

 

Please introduce a life time premium account option like filesonic does.

Downloads are constantly getting stuck at around 60-70%

I have a premium account to your service and still avoid it, you need to take a page or two out of fileserves book.. they know what they are doing for reliability.. just sayin.

We've fixed the stats lag issue and the 504 error that some affiliates were getting once they added files to the remote upload page has also been fixed!
