    I've been having slow speeds with downloads as a premium user. I got around 80kB/s earlier today (when I should be getting 10x that as a minimum) so I emailed asking about the poor speeds. I got a reply from support with instructions titled "These are the steps to download:"

    Step 3 was "Look for a file that you want to download, making sure that it's a Wupload link."

    Step 4 was "Click on the link".

    wtf? I'm not retarded. I was enquiring as to why my downloads might be so slow not asking for a beginners guide to the interwebs.

    PS Did y'all know that when you click on a download link that "it automatically then opens a save as window prompting you where to save your file"? Amazing.

    I think they have auto-responders that just checks a few words on your ticket and then gives you an answer. You have to reply back to get a real person.

    Thanks, Willy. I can't remember what the link was earlier but it wasn't just that one file, it's been like that for a while, to the point where I stopped using wupload to download stuff for a couple of days. I'll try again after midnight (my ISP is throttling my connection til then! and no, the slow speed wasn't happening during throttling time, it was non-throttling time :p) and see what happens, and send you the link if it's slow again. Cheers.
