I know I'm not active on wu anymore, but I still care about you guys !
I think I know what the problem is with your Wupload.in site - this is speculation, but I deal with this stuff every day so I do have more than a passing knowledge, so ....
It is likely that you have suffered a minor hack - the hacker has placed an iframe somewhere in your code which is being called (probably) on the landing page, but (possibly) on multiple pages. It is very unlikely that actual malware has been dropped into your server, but the iframe will call it from another site or re-direct to it.
To find it I would personally download the entire file structure from the server (I'm talking about code here, ie the script, not everyone's uploaded files !), then use something like crimson editor to search the entire directory structure for instances of iframes - then delete anything dodgy (back up first !) and re-upload the cleaned files.
Of course you still have the security hole that let the hackers in in the first place, so you need to find that asap. It might be a folder with the wrong permissions set or possibly a hole in your php/sql sanitisation - if it's the latter it will be a bugger to find but you might refer to your server logs for a clue (long job though). Actually best to hire someone who's good at that stuff.
It's always worth hardening your installation as much as possible - re-name all your top level directories to meaningless names and edit your config.php file to reflect this - change your admin password OFTEN and use a good (long) one - make use of htaccess and re-directing index pages as much as you can. You can also install a little script that will monitor for any changes to the code and let you know immediately if anything does change. There's lots more you can do, but I'll leave it there for now.

Like I said the above is speculation based on experience - iframe hacks are all the rage right now but I could be wrong of course. Unfortunately I wasn't able to look directly at the .in site because you have that geo ip re-director in place, which forces me to the .co.uk site - suppose I could find a .in proxy if I really need to lol, but I didn't.

Anyway I hope some of the above helps, and don't worry too much if it turns out to be right 'cos it's not a destructive hack - just needs fixing

 

There is one problem with wupload... Sometimes files got deleted without any notice, and not for copyright i think.. just noticed that my files from some fodlers were deleted... in user panel it shows, that files are 'ok', but when trying to download it says that they are deleted... just reuploaded them, hope it never happen again.
