Remote upload from Megaupload is in queue for too long

 

Hey, all!

We've got the remote upload queue processing files at a much faster rate than previous so we're working out way through it!

As for FTP and web upload, you'll notice more stability and better speeds - we still have work to do but improvements are being made!

I've had a great week so far, doubled my income on last week aleady even though there were FTP problems but I just did something else while I was waiting to upload my stuff. Just think positive and positive things will happen to you. Even if there are issues with a website - if it's your highest earner it pays to stick around. As per the Wupload terms of service to any issues, "Your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement." We're all still using it so it must be good.


I'm going to give some general advice because I can't PM each individual person anymore, I am sorry. I am not interested in giving out specific tips for referrals either. I can see why people who make big money don't share how or why. It makes sense, they're just trying to protect their income streams.

Keep an open mind and always be on a sharp lookout for new ways of doing things. Sometimes you have to throw all of your eggs into different baskets and see which ones are a pot of gold. If you can't find other baskets then look for them. If you're working on PPS then think about quality and not quantity. I've uploaded less than 10GB in the three weeks ive been making sales. If you are confident in a small amount of files to do well, it allows you to spend more time sharing those ones.

Learn how to make a good blog that brings in a lot of traffic and then apply for the additional 10% webmaster earnings. I say this as a person whom gets 8/10 of his sales from personal blogs and not forums that are full of the same crap every day. When you own a popular blog you are in control. You make the rules. There's no rat race. However... I still post on forums though, not because they do well, but because they could do well and have in the past made random sales. Sometimes even if you're not getting a steady return it cannot hurt to post in low-earning places so long as you've got your bases covered elsewhere already.

If you're on PPS use one host. When I removed DepositFiles mirror links from my blog, sales more than doubled as my readers realized it would work out in their favor to upgrade to premium.

Always have a secret weapon. Don't post your very best stuff all at once. This works well too if you have a blog. I put a 2GB file up that you must upgrade for and it made ten sales in its first two days. I thought about putting up another 2GB file again but decided to wait until a week when my sales aren't so hot. That way I can spread out my income potential and there are chances anyone who bought one month premiums for the initial 2GB file may have expired and want to purchase again.

Adult content is allowed on Wupload. This is probably the highest sales earner. There were some murmurs earlier in this thread about it being banned but that's not true. The only content you can't share is objectionable content. Objectionable is a legal word which tests whether something could be considered tasteful or artistic by community standards. This includes pornography but does not include such things as rape, bestiality, scat, that sort of thing. As long as you avoid any clearly disgusting stuff you'll be gravy.

Take one category : TV shows , Movies or Games .

I would suggest you to go for TV shows ! Upload as soon as it races on scene .. Since Wu2WU works , you can remote upload everything in a second and post it .

Willy, one feature I can suggest for PPS people like myself is an email alert when you make a sale.

This would so useful and appreciated so that I knew straight away when I have earned a commission and dramatically reduce the amount of times I refresh my statistics page each day.

I see in astroboi stats the table named "Promo". Why in my stats are no Promo table?
