And as for deleted files, there are only two reasons your files will be deleted:

1) You're a free user - free users files are protected for 30 days from upload, after that they're subject to deletion
2) DMCA Notification - files which are copyright protected and reported by the content owner or their legal representative

In both of those cases, we cannot recover your files.

We're hard at work on the new and improved infrastructure which is going to fix the upload issues which have been causing much frustration over the past couple of days as well as greatly improve the download speeds across the board (US users too )!

I don't have an ETA for you at the moment, but I will be keeping everybody informed of the progress as we make it!

And yes, we do have exciting features and promos coming up, but I'm not letting the cat out of the bag until the new infrastructure is in place, so once it's announced, you can hit the ground running and earn like you've never earned before on our new and improved system!

We have a lot of work ahead of us, but our loyal affiliates will be rewarded for their patience!

i dont have the links any more, but next time i sent u the DMCA files they dont show in DMCA folder

 

external remote very buggy to me today guys I have 3 or 4 files pending since yesterday and I cannot clean my list, when I click "Delete/etc" it does nothing

i know that i have many DL but till 4 PM i dont have any downloads in stats
my friends have the same .

have somebody have too frozen stats ?

 

How is possible switch from planA and planB and where can I see which plan I have?

Select one file at a time and delete.

 

To Change Plan:
Go to Setting and Change Payment Plan
(drop down)
*Pay Per Download
*Advanced

I've seen the comments about stats - checked them out and they're accounting fine!

As we can all see, the issues are still affecting uploads, and I apologize for the frustration and difficulties it has caused, but we're hard at work on the new infrastructure which will get these issues fixed up and give our loyal affiliates a brand-spanking-new, well-oiled machine to earn as much as possible!

And top that off with the new features and promos we'll be rolling out, we're coming up on an exciting time

Yes, unfortunately OK status lasted like for 1 hour. Now again impossible to use.
