WU in PAkistan

I heard that all of them have the same exchange rate..wheather u go to Post office or Western Unionm..

WU = Western Union

 

I am from Lahore, and when i pick my money she don't tell me what rate she is paying to me i go to GPO and after making phone call she confirms and convert my money and pay xxx pak rs for example 24th july 2009 adsense pay me 100$ ( payments are in progress when pin no. appears) and that day $ rate is 82 rs so 100*82=8200 but she pay me around 7975 rs or might be 8003 RS.

 

So you mean to say every one has got different exchange rate ..when u go to pick payment for western union..NBP has has differetn...GPO has more different..and Zarco exchange has entirely different from alll the rest..The same MTCN no. and the same payment in $$ but different in rupees..IS that what u r trying to say ..@

Last month at the same day, i went to WU zarco and they paid 78.5
exactly at the same time my friend went to Postoffice and they paid over 80.

 

No i mean they pay exact $ rate but they cut little fee what they want may be dollar converting fee.

I never try any other than GPO because once i tried then little WU offices are saying .. no money in bank ac then its a hell to go to diff places so i just select GPO while i know they don't have UPS or generator and when i comeback to home without money becoz of no power

 

hmmmm hey i didnt notice it, i am round about 77 tp 79 $ when the dollar price is about 82 PKR. Do the post offices pay more ??

 

SO which place is the best to pick payments for adsense....NBP..WU ...Zarco...GPO..the ones who pay the best rate..I called 2 to 3 WU offices here in Karachi and all of them said like..weather you pick the amount from us or someone else you will get it at the same rate and in Rupees..

And they give two slips of papaer to sign and return them..where it clearly states on the slip that apart from WU profit share the agent also gets a peice of profit on the amount..""for details look at the back of slip..which they never show ..(it is blank)"""..and when asked they never tell us..they are A hell of BAStards!!.Full crap of LIES just to get some benefits..

 

obviously GPO pays more then Western union agents.
2 rupees difference is huge na.

 

@saabji..yes really that is a lot but why do WU agents tell that u will get the amount at the same rate from wherever u pick...though GPO is also a WU agent and what about NBP..as some one said on top..are the more better..Is there a way one can find out before getting the payment that from where he can get the best deal..!

 

well its upto the agent how much he is going to pay.
as far as i think, postoffice one also keep his share low amount. but WU agents charge more then GPO.

 

Does anyone overhere agrees with saabaji..I though they were the same wherever you may go into pakistan.

saabji - sum time i have to collect payments for three diff account on same day from diff WU Outlets and rates are same even head office of WU offers same conversions

 

so everybody has differnt experience. wrokd wel for me, not for you.
