    My pc - Your server - 1 Live Viewer
    - 2 Live Viewer
    - 3 Live Viewer etc...

    If you need WMP then you'll need a Dedicated/VPS. Nobody is going to provide this to you for a blog review because of the licensing costs and bandwidth costs. If you can pay $40 per month, I can offer you a cheap dedicated server with WMP.
