It currently has 24 feed subscribers and 6 email subscribers ( not bad for starters ). It runs on Wordpress and the design has been custom made. The site will come as you see it, with the articles and everything.

After a generous re-consideration, I've decided to lower the BIN to $300. The buyer will get master resale rights of the template, 10 more unique Wordpress tutorials and a peel away ad script.
