I am selling due to the fact of lack of time and dedication and a need for money. The design is 100% unique, widget ready and very attractive.

The site is new so assume no traffic nor revenue.

Domain is registered with namecheap (free push) until 06/30/2009.
Hosting can be kept for 1 month which gives you time to transfer all files to your server. I can help in this if required.
