[WTS] Wii Cheats Site - PR3 - $5.50/day Adsense

Hey Guys,

Im selling another one of my sites to free up some extra cash

The site is wii . cheat . codes . com

Its a Great domain and currently has a PR 3 home page with many PR3/2 inner pages.

No links have been bought or being paid for, you dont have to keep any of the links on the site, but if you remove them then your link my get removed from another site.

The site gets around 500 UVs per day but this varies anything up to 1000 UVs

Adsense income is averaging at $5.50/day although yesterday it took $6.60

Nearly all traffic comes from search engines, most of which is Google for the terms wii cheats and wii cheat codes. But also yahoo, ask and msn are represented.

This site has much more potential if someone is willing to do more SEO work on some extra keywords.

This site doesnt use a script they are static pages. However if you wished to use a script i reckon you could find one for free or cheap.

I have a reserve in mind .. you can PM me with offers but dont ask for BIN as i havnt decided.
