This is a mobile media website with around 90,000 uniques a month, 200,000 visitors a month.. 12 minute average stay per user and around 2 million pageviews a month.. with a PR 5.

how much would you value a site like that? i'm trying to find out what it's worth and how much I can get for it.
Considering we have no proof of hits... nor we have any other information such as URL ... We need more info.
i will provide proof once there is a serious buyer.. but i just want to know what the estimate price would be for such a site..
Getting loads of hits does not mean a site got a huge value. It's profit that counts! How much do you earn on your website per year? Do you provide a service or do you sell products? What's the age of the website? Is your website in a category that wont be popular for long? (Such as www.iphone3g.com or something like that, there will be a 4G, 5G etc.). There has to be a business value in your website to be able to sell it for any "real" money.
