[WTS] Website PR3

I am offering my website for sale, a Madonna fansite puremadonna.com which is around 18 months old and a PR3, indexed well in google and other search engines, also has many visitors from other Madonna fansites.

Madonna has just reached number 1 in the UK charts with her new single and this occurance attracts many visitors

The site has 1040 members at time of writing, although they tend to sign up for the downloads etc .. the forum is not very active, there may be a post now and again, but I havent really tried with that. Has a gallery with over 14,000 images spanning Madonnas whole career and before .. 1958 - 2008 and the members love that! Lots of rare photos etc.

Gets a few clicks on adsense, but nothing major, although google are showing ads for Madonnas new single so maybe that could change.

The site has been updated to fit in with Madonnas up-coming new album.

I am looking for $400 for this website.
