    Have an old website to sell here. BuyTrustDeeds.com
    No time and energy to add new content since 2009.
    Revenue was $30-something per month in 2009.
    Currently only $2-3 on average per month, most likely due to no new content for a long time. On some months revenue can top $5.
    I am selling as is. Price negotiable.
    Domain alone valued at close to $1000 on Estibot.

    Price drop. $80 BIN. I don't know why it shows no visitors in the first post, but there ARE around 300-500 unique visitors per month in AW Stats, and around 900 pageviews. It has some rankings in Bing and Yahoo as far as I know.
    Proof will be provided to serious buyers.

    I will not go lower than this since it IS making a slight revenue, it HAS search rankings, and the domain name is old and valuable, and other TLDs are already taken. Also, if you WORK on it, it will certainly earn a lot more like it used to.

    You said it was making money, I just checked out a few pages. How is this making any money? Im not seeing any form of monetization?

    I removed the Adsense. When I'm selling a site, I remove all the ads. I can provide the stats if you're interested.

    Correction: The site receives 2500 page views a month, NOT 900 pageviews. Was looking at the wrong column in AW Stats :oops:
