    Olaf2 - As I have stated in original post that this is a new site does not have traffic.

    If the buyer has time does some Link exchange and promotion like: Ad words then it will do good.

    If this site includes all graphics for site design and templates with source files such as PSD and FLA etc and have proper resell rights to include in membership site then I will take at BIN of $100. I do not want an affiliate site. Please confirm
