Today, I am selling my latest and greatest business.

I am selling my site "Lazee Toolz" - http://lazeetoolz.com and my fledgling Web 2.0 Software product "Lazee Linkz" with it as a profit center.

I am selling because I really don't want to stay in the Internet Marketing industry and just want OUT.

• Full Rights to my 23-Page E-book: "Social Bookmarking Uncovered" which is entirely written by me. It has been given away for free on LazeeToolz, but can easily be sold.
  
• Full Rights to my "Lazee Linkz" software: entirely custom coded by me in PHP. Sells for $97 for the upgraded version, $67 for the normal version. Is clickbank accepted.

  My entire server contents for the websites "Lazee Toolz" and "Lazee Linkz" - That is the entire custom wordpress blog of lazee toolz, and entire sales copy of lazee linkz!
  
• E-mail list of 60 people all double-opt-ins.

This is all because some bone-head made me realise how I don't want to stay in this industry. I therefore want to get rid of all this stuff as soon as possible. It's all unique and mine so you get full rights.

As for earnings, I launched Lazee Linkz two weeks ago and it's done about $500-700 (can get proof) and has been collecting e-mails too.

It took me two whole weeks to write the Lazee Linkz software and it works like a charm and have had numerous comments thanking me for it.

I want to sell this whole business for $7,500.

This is justifiable money as you have over $10,000 in sales copy alone on the Lazee Linkz page.
