Ok after reviewing the situation I am retracting my offer.

The seller has 65 posts, 0 itrader, it's awarez forum with pirated VB, and wants me to send payment to a foreign country where he can pick it up cash like westernunion.

Not going to happen.

I could def convert that to a legit forum no problem but the transaction is too risky.

PM me if you find a way to accept paypal and I'll pay immediately.
