WTS (Want to swap) Car News Site - Unique Content - CMS Based - Looks Great!

I am currently changing my content sites to wordpress so I can update them all from 1 location. Due to this I am offering to swap my Ijoomla based car site for something WP based.

My Site :

Content : 95% of the content on the site is unique with the only duplicate content being stuff which was added to test the layout. The site currently has 40 + articles

Traffic & Revenue :

Very little, I have NEVER promoted this site anywhere and traffic is showing about 300 uni ques a month. I have no AdSense running on the site.


What Im Looking For:

I would like to swap the site for a WP based blog/blogs in any niche excluding adult / gambling. I don't mind older blogs/s which have been abandoned as long as the content is unique and the site has traffic / back-links etc. Please post what you have here along with traffic, PR etc.

I have had a few offers by PM to buy the site outright which I would consider if the offer is right. The Ijoomla licence alone cost $70 + the work from a designer cost me an extra $100. Thats $170 alone without the 40 unique articles
