    This site was created on 05 Aug 2006.

    Custom review template which coverts very well.

    Main page is a PR3, second page and blog are PR2. All from natural link building. No paid or soon to expire links, so PR is solid.

    Domain with NameCheap, free push.

    It has been very well seo'ed but I’m way to busy with other, much more profitable projects to give it the small amount of work it needs to be great.

    I let the site slip for the last two months but at the end of last month I decided to do a few articles submissions and the traffic has more than doubled as a result.

    As you can see by the stats, it would take next to no work to get this site ranking high again.This site still ranks very well in Google, MSN and YAHOO! for heaps of keywords but it's potential rankings could be massive.

    This site has made over $1000 in the last 6 months.

    Working on a sale price of 10x it's average monthly income that would be around $1,600 so $1000 is a bit of a bargain.

    I will give it another 24 hours.
