    the site is relatively new, so my offer is for content/site itself/domain.
    content is original.

    i will open it for additional 24 hours cause yersterday was sunday, rest day for most of us :)

    if its new, reserve is too high even though its original content, you can wait til it ages to sell or just keep on with this, thats why not many people are giving interest :/ i liked it and all but i wont pay $60 for it, not now at least since it has no traffic or revenue and its very new as u said

    you are right in the case of revenue, but i sell original content (15 articles!) and entire website, not revenue.
    if the site was making even 1$ a day - the price was at least 250$.

    but i accept it and the new information is

    Reserve: 50$
    BIN: 100$
