You will not find better blog commenting on DP! This is my own personal list (never published, sold, or serviced). These blogs are high pr, high quality, unique IPs, not spammed, dofollow, and great for sending you that PR juice. It literally took me 2 years to compile this list.

Turnaround time was too fast. I surprised to see that my links were placed on PR5, PR4, PR3 blogs in less than one-and-a-half hours. He should be having a good list of dofollow blogs where comments are not moderated

Please be aware that the page rank is of domain and not the page where the links are placed, though I can see that one link was placed on PR3 page.
