    The domain is a nice .org that is well over 9 years old (9 years and 10 months).

    The domain is a PR5 with over 200 backlinks.

    I bought this domain as a PR5 well over a year ago, and the PR5 still holds.

    The domain is with GoDaddy and expires 7/16/2010. Free push.

    I accept paypal only.
