Hey, I'm getting ridiculously slow upload speeds, like 2-40 kB/s total on 5 torrents, can you please check what's wrong? Look at this picture below for an example:

But thanks for changing w.e you did b/c now i'm getting better speeds, and only after you replied, so you had to have changed something, b/c it doesn't stay at 2-40kB/s upload for 30 minutes, then magically jump to 400-800 kB/s for no reason. Here's my speed now: And public trackers suck donkey nuts, I'm using 4 diff trackers, including SCC and I had slow speeds, and scc is one of THE fastest private trackers.

Stuff I am still waiting for you to fix the problem... It is not only me that has these really slow speeds like a home connection, but Lenny as well. Can you please fix the problem already, it has been days now...
I think I figured out why we've been getting slow speeds, I don't think you forwarded the ports properly (or at all) b/c I'm showing up as unconnectable on my trackers, which would explain the slow speeds. Also, my FTP details don't work.
I haven't been able to get the speeds for which I paid, so I want a refund. You couldn't manage to actually provide the service that you were advertising, and which I paid for, so I want $18 dollars back out of the $20 I paid you, I think that's more than fair, since you get to keep 3 times the amount for the time I used.
I also would like a refund of the $15 i paid you Lenny and I both deserve our money back or a real server!
no refunds will be given, all faults that have been logged have been fixed in a timely matter and to be honest all you guys are doing is whinging. after complaining about upload speeds, you realised you had bad torrents and then claimed we "fixed" a non existant fault then with the ftp, we have continued to provide you with support and yet again you have come back saying this server is bad and demanding refunds. the service has been provided and NO refunds will be given for a simple change of mind. in fact negative itraders will be given for both of you for your difficultyto deal with.
guys i can vouch for stuff his seedboxes are superb! one of the guys above have pm'ed me too whining about speeds but mine are great!
