Yes, there is no doubt that these types of sites can get very big with little promotion. Entertainment sites in general are easy to attract users since you are not trying to sell anything. In general users are also loyal if you give them a good experience, they will return.

If you have any doubts on the legal side there is an option through the admin panel where you may change the downloads to instead redirect the person to amazon.com. This way you will also earn $$$ per download sale.

There is also an option in admin panel where you may enable to add a button to each search result where users can purchase the ringtone for the song. You can also earn some decent cash through this way. I need to double check, but i beleive the rate you will be paid for each ringtone sign up is $5!

 

Site still available, will leave this one til tonight but if nobody is interested i will keep it.

By getting off-shore servers you can easily avoid RIAA issues, it's simple as that.

Please see previous posts regarding legal issues. Ive stated that you can remove downloads and offer them through amazon.com and earn $$$ this way.

Sure this would help legal issues (if there actually is any) but there is thousands of similar sites out there and most of them are hosted in the U.S.A.

It still stands but Ive already stated in one of my previous posts that i will not be selling the site at this price as it is way too low. This will not even cover my time spent and license fees.

I might as well keep it and let it grow by itself as it is already from no promotion.
