I have a very unique affiliate site that I'm interested in selling.

The site has several different income streams, but most of the profit comes from cpa offers from neverblue and azoogle.

The site also sells a digital product, I sold 1 package for $20.

The site also has a very clever method of building a list.

I only promoted the site from November 7th to the 14th.

During that time I spent $117 in adwords to earn a total of $172 for a profit of roughly $53.

I drove 1700 visitors to the site, and received 285 subscribers to my email list.

The only reason I quit promoting the site is because money was tight (still is) and I didn't want to have to worry about a huge adwords bill when it came time to pay rent.

The site is designed to basically barrage the visitor with advertisements from a variety of products, free downloads, credit report offers, quite a lot of stuff. The site itself is a very generic niche.

I have a nice keyword list that can send the site hundreds of visits a day for around .07 a click or less in adwords.

The site also requires about 3.5gigs of server space for all of the content.

Now, I know that spending $117 to earn $55 profit doesn't sound like the greatest margin ever, but most businesses would kill for that kind of profit margin.

Not only that, there is a ton of room for improvement. I never played with switching up the ad placement, driving traffic from any ppc networks besides google, or even trying to find better targeted offers. I basically built the site and threw it up, and it turned a profit.

I'm sure with enough tweaking you could probably get the profit margin up to around 100% ROI.

The winning buyer gets the site, over 3.5 gigs of content, screenshot to prove traffic and revenue, the keywords I used in adwords, and the basic marketing plan that I was planning on using for the site.

The domain is a 4 word .com, it's actually a pretty keyword rich domain name.

I won't be showing the url to just anyone. If you aren't prepared to make me an offer in the $xxx range please don't ask to see the site.

Also, I'm more then likely not interested in selling to someone who doesn't have much experience with PPC. If you want to place a bid feel free, but I'm not promising any hand holding after the sale. You'll get the keyword list and the ad text I use, and that's about it.

I can tell you that the last couple of affiliate sites I've sold on DP have done well for the buyers. If either of you guys want to chime in on the thread feel free.

This isn't really an auction, I'm willing to consider BIN offers in the $xxx range.

If you don't have a Neverblue and Azoogle account, I recommend signing up for both. There are certain offers on both networks that seem to do exceptionally well on this site.
