Okay received an explanation from the processor. Their explanation for the refund was:

"Because you are in Russia there was reason to believe that there was the matter of fraud involved".

Interesting. I must be a master fraudster.

Lets look at the facts:
1. I used my own Paypal account to make an instant payment for $2!
2. Any clown who knows how to use Whois.com can find out that the name of the website AND the registered details are for the SAME person
3. I have 2 addresses set in Paypal. One for my residence overseas and one for Russia where I live half of the year. Had it occured to the "Fraud Dept" to actually CALL to verify? NO!

Listen, not everyone in Russia commits fraud, and unless they are a complete simpleton, they certainly WOULD NOT commit fraud for $2!

After a LENGTHY ordeal my partner (Who is AMERICAN BTW and lives here half the year!) had with your processor, you have lost ALOT OF REPEAT business for your stupidity!

I apologize for the actions of my payment processor. I can't control their policies and regulations. It's true that many countries are treated unfairly when it comes to placing orders on the internet.

I also apologize for not answering in this thread earlier. I believe DP must have a busy server since I rarely get e-mail notifications for when people reply to this thread, even though I have e-mail notification checked.
