WTS - Two Web Hosting Sites and Automatic Directory Submission Script Resale Rights

Part 1 - 4 YR Old Webhosting Business

You will get (2) Web Hosting Sites - www.YorkPAHosting.com (over 4 years old) and www.TheRockHost.com. I have owned York PA Hosting since it's start over 4 years ago. Awhile back I decided to start another hosting company www.TheRockHost.com with a more recognizable and generic domain name. Both sites are custom built. York PA Hosting has a WHMCS interface which you can easily hook a license too. I have a monthly license so you would have to supply your own license.

I don't have traffic stats for these sites. Consider it minimal. Most of the customers I have came from selling them a website and keeping them hosted with me after the sale. Both sites are PR1's with www.YorkPAHosting.com being a 4 year old domain and www.TheRockHost.com being a little over 1 year old.

Both sites together bring in $512.90 in hosting fees monthly. I currently host 462 total sites. Of that $362.90 of the $512.90 is paid via Paypal Subscription directly to my Paypal account each month. I have screenshots of each subscription showing payment history available for any serious buyer via PM upon request. The other $150 comes from one customer who sends me a check monthly. This person hosts 94 sites with me on a reseller account. That person may or may not choose to stay with the new person once I sell so please discount that appropriately. If he stays you will have $150 a month if he leaves you will have 94 less sites to host.

I will expect the new owner to honor this commitment through December at which time you may negotiate a monthly fee for him going forward which will provide additional revenue.

There are 6 annual customers paying $289.94 annually.

I host these sites on a dedicated server. I can provide those details for serious buyers. My server is well oversized for the amount of sites I host so I would recommend downsizing to a smaller less expensive server. If you already have a server this would be a great way to add some customers to it quickly. You may either move the sites to your server or keep them hosted where they are currently. Either way all sites moves would be the buyer's responsibility. The server I am on is currently paid up until Oct 1. I will need to give them cancellation notice by Sept 15th so I would suggest having all sites moved by then or once again you may choose to simply take over the server payments. Part 2 - Custom Built Directory Submitter Script

I am including with this auction full resale rights to my Directory Submitter Script that I have sold or the past year. This script is 100% custom. I had it built for me over 2 years ago and continued to improve and add on to it ever since. I have made well over $20K this year alone selling this script (Over $7k in direct sales on Flippa see links below.....PM me for details of how I made even more money!). I have included some of the auctions for you below.

What you will get is FULL resale rights for the script. I will show you how to build sites like www.LegitSubmit.com with it incorporated. I will provide as much support as you need until you are comfortable with it.

For details about the script please read a few of the closed auctions linked below. It is a fully automatic directory submitter script that I recently upgraded so that it will even bypass captcha on free PHP Link Directory sites.

These sites not only sell great but I have also kept many of my customers as hosting customers for $40 per month. These sites can't run on shared servers because most shared packages don't allow processes to run continuously. Since I am on a dedicated server I allow these to run and can charge a premium to host these types of sites. Otherwise they would need to use VPS or dedicated hosting of some sort.

Reason for selling - I simply don't have time to grow this business anymore. I have started a very successful Electronic Cigarette business which is taking up all of my time. It's time for someone else to take this and make it grow.
