I'm selling Freemusiclayout.com and Qualityfreelayouts.com

Both sites offer myspace layouts along with graphics.

Why am I selling? Just got hired at a new job 800 miles away and really could use the funds for gas and etc... Really just do not have the desire to keep maintaining the sites.

The site was pretty much put together in Dreamweaver. So if you have basic knowledge of Dreamweaver you will be fine. If you can code HTML without Dreamweaver than you will be much better off.

Myspace layouts were put together by me.
Most layouts do consist of logos incorporated into the layouts.

If you noticed from looking at the stats, both sites do require a lot of bandwidth to run. My sites are hosted by site5.com. They have great hosting deals for very low prices.

Seller will send files. (Buyer can choose to have them emailed or can download from server)

Once buyer receives all files 2nd half of total payment will be requested.

It seems the traffic fluctate a lot, is that due to marketing campaigns?

No, I have never paid for any type of marketing campaign. I don't even have link exchange agreements with other sites.
