I grudgingly need to sell two of my sites, I have been pumping time and money into my main project and need to free some funds up.

ipNEAR is a reverse IP lookup site, by entering a domain name or IP address you can discover all the other sites located on your IP, very handy to check if your host is overselling space

The script is unique, and I paid quite a bit of money to have it custom coded, and the script will never be resold. The design again is unique and will not be resold.

Revenue: a few cents if any.

The site has been submitted to over 150 directories, and over 100 social bookmarking sites.

IPtoHOST is a tool which you can use to lookup and domain or IP address and discover what company hosts it. It also locates the server by locations, and displays this in map form. The Location flags cover nearly every possible country. Its uses a mysql database to record lookups and displays the most recent five searches.
