    I have a toy related site with a good keyword domain. It is ranking right now in google in the #2 spot for its domain keywords (it was in the #1 spot before last update). There is only a mini-site on it and needs further development. I was intending to get it ready for the Christmas season but won't have time now with my other projects so this is where there is potential if someone grabs it now & gets it ready because searches for toys will really start increasing by mid-November.
