    Closed the previous sales thread because a user agreed to buy and then never paid.

    The domain is the name in the logo .com

    Averages around 20 visitors per day.

    Site is not monetized.
    Easily outsource articles to add to the site.
    The site has the potential to be huge. People are constantly looking for "how to" and "tips" style articles read.
    Great 6 letter .com domain that is catchy and easy to remember.

    How long has it been penalized in Google?

    I know this site is old because I've seen it for sale before a long time ago. But right now it doesn't even rank for it's own name tipmix in Google.

    @profitmotive: It is not penalized by Google. It is fully indexed. I just checked.

    So you're saying your rankings and traffic have not dropped recently? Can you show analytics proof of that?

    I'm interested but wary. Again, right now it doesn't even rank for it's own name tipmix in Google.

    It has not lost traffic because traffic has been minimal the whole time. Ranking doesn't always work like that. I built the site from scratch and never promoted it. I have plenty of sites that don't rank based on the word in their domains.

    As you can tell, this site is pretty cool and has a ton of potential. It is not being sold based upon its traffic.

    Can you explain where the value is?

    You say its not being sold for the traffic as traffic is not high. Its not monitized, contains minimal content and uses wordpress - yet the BIN is at $85 - have I missed something?

    @Dayvo - Everyone has different reasons for purchasing websites. Some go for traffic, some want pr,some want easy revenue, some want ideas etc.

    This site has a great short and brandable domain, which if sold to a domainer or a developer would easily go for this price. The concept of the site cool and with the right owner it can be turned into something awesome and profitable. I can understand if this is not what you are looking for, but there are hundreds of sites for sale here that may suite your interest and fit into your standard of value.
