[WTS] Three Image Hosting Websites - Aged with traffic.

    Hello Everyone,

I am here today to cut down on the websites in my portfolio which I do not have enough time to concentrate on. I acquired these image hosting sites in a couple ways, one was bought premade and the other two were developed up from the domain name. I have had them several months now so the traffic and keywords have slowly built up over time. When going back to them now, I see the written content is fairly minimal so adding to this should greatly improve the search engine rankings. I am selling these sites "as is", they have always ran smoothly for me. I have included a few notes under each domain to add background information. I spent a few hours on each site in the initial development and set up stage, so I hope to get back my costs and a little bit extra. I never really monetized any of these sites because they were just a side project to experiment in this market, so assume none.

    ImageFileShare.com - $30
    Creation Date: 2011-04-27 / Analytics

This is running a clean and simple free image hosting script. I paid for a custom designed logo, edited some elements and added a paragraph of keyword rich text. This website is receiving traffic from a proxy websites I run, the links are on the "browser" page and will gradually be removed as I update my network. It had a steady stream of traffic from this source and picks up the occasional keyword from search engines.

    FileUploadBuddy.com - $30
    Creation Date: 2011-03-15 / Analytics

I purchased this image host premade, initially it was ranking well for some medium traffic search keywords. Now it only gets the odd few visitors although this could probably be boosted by adding more content. I think the design is very colourful and sleek so should stay memorable to future users. I've priced this to recoup the initial cost and nothing extra.

    WowUpload.com - $35
    Creation Date: 2010-04-09 / Analytics

This domain was purchased through an expired domain listing I bought and experimenting with yet another image hosting script when setting it up. It has a basic logo on it along with a quite comprehensive set of user features. It had occurred to me that "wow" can stand for World of Warcraft which is one of the biggest online games, so it is possible to target that niche of web surfer. It has a small stream of traffic and I'm sure it could be developed better.

All payments can be accepted via Paypal only. Buy all three for $80. Post BIN in the thread or PM me to purchase a site. All domains are registered at Godaddy and will be pushed to your account for free.

Nothing worth mentioning, I never really spent any time adding revenue sources.

Got a question. Do you have any way of preventing people from uploading pictures like naughty ones. I ran and still do a little subdomain with image hosting on it. But have had to remove the Google Adsense I believe because they sent me a warning saying the server had naughty images on it. And even though the ads weren't on the pages on the naughty images or any images at all in that matter I shouldn't put ads on the same server / site. And this can be a headache to moderate everything like crazy.

    Nice sites though.

These sites were more of an experiment than anything else and I never really looked at the monetization stage in too much detail. The only possible way to ensure only "safe" images are put on the site is to manually approve each one - either yourself or someone you hire. Obviously this will be inconvenient and time consuming so you will probably be better off using other advertisers.
