themehq.com/blog is based around a wordpress theme and it is very easy to upload to that.

The actual themehq.com is based around http://www.4homepages.de/ script, and it is very easy to upload, and anyone can upload a script you do not even have to be a member.

 

I see your site has developed a lot of spam - probably because of this fact. Is it simple to require moderation? - I am not familiar with this type of script

Yea, its simple to moderate the spam, I jst have not had the time to always check it. Im sure there is a button to turn off comments or add a captcha. Hold on I will delete all the spam by the time you read this thread.
